Impact Mediation is a UK registered Civil & Commercial Mediation company. Our professional team comprises Ben Horton as director and lead-mediator working closely with a respected panel of associate mediators who are specialists in their chosen disciplines. This means we can deliver high-quality mediation skills across a wide range of dispute areas – both personal and business. Our specialist areas include: Business Contracts, Company & Commercial, Property Disputes, Personal Injury, Medical Negligence, Probate Disputes, Divorce Settlements, Consumer Rights, Landlord & Tenant, Workplace, Road Traffic, Insurance Claims – and more.

We are full-time civil & commercial mediators.
Where we are Located:
We have two offices – our main office is in Wokingham, Berkshire (near Reading) and we also have one in the City of London. In reality however, our location is wherever we are needed to conduct your mediation. That can be at an agreed venue anywhere across the UK or at our Berkshire or London offices – or it can be on Zoom video conference. Our Professional Qualifications and Standards:
Our mediation accreditation is approved by the Civil Mediation Council (CMC), the International Mediation Institute (IMI) and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). We adhere to the European Code of Conduct for Mediators.
Insurances:
All mediators are required to maintain appropriate professional insurance cover. Impact Mediation has arranged Professional Indemnity Insurance cover in the sum of £1 million and Public Liability Insurance cover also in the sum of £1 million.
Data Protection – GDPR:
Impact Mediation maintains full data protection and privacy protection in line with GDPR regulations and is registered at the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) with Reference No: ZB203759.
