Impact Mediation is a UK registered limited company which has appointed Ben Horton as its director and lead-mediator. The team also comprises a select panel of self-employed mediators who are specialists in their chosen disciplines which means that we can offer high-quality mediation skills across a wide range of dispute areas – both personal and business.
What we do:
We are full-time civil & commercial mediators.
Where are We Located:
We have two offices – our main office is in Reading, Berkshire and we also have one in the City of London. In reality however, our location is wherever we are needed to conduct your mediation. That can be at an agreed venue anywhere across the UK or at our Berkshire offices – or it can be on Zoom video conference. Our Professional Qualifications and Standards:
Our mediation accreditation is approved by the Civil Mediation Council (CMC), the International Mediation Institute (IMI) and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. We adhere to the European Code of Conduct for Mediators.
All mediators are required to maintain appropriate professional insurance cover. Impact Mediation has arranged Professional Indemnity Insurance cover in the sum of £1 million and Public Liability Insurance cover also in the sum of £1 million.
Data Protection – GDPR:
Impact Mediation maintains full data protection and privacy protection in line with GDPR regulations and is registered at the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) with Reference No: ZB203759.
