Biography

Maureen Di Felice BA (Hons.) is an enthusiastic, innovative Trainer with over 20 years’ of delivery and consultancy experience. Dedicated to the Dignity at Work agenda, Maureen champions zero tolerance of bullying and harassment in the workplace by empowering individuals and organisations to challenge and prevent it. She is able to positively change individual mindsets and organisational structures to understand conflict, why it occurs and how to prevent or resolve issues which may occur within the workplace.

Maureen presents at national conferences on how to respond to and increase morale in the workplace and bring a positive inclusive working environment to organisations. Maureen has also recently been interviewed live by BBC News 24 on the Prince Harry racist term scandal. She offers an expansive portfolio of courses that are constantly changing in line with the changing world of work and equality legislation. Maureen also specialises in mediation.

Her experience includes successfully working with high profile companies, public organisations and the voluntary sector, to embrace the Dignity at Work agenda into their strategic plans. As the Managing Director of Impact Training consultancy, Maureen has seen the company grow and develop over the last 7 years. Recently she has launched a new arm of the company - Impact Mediation - which will reinforce and add to her campaign against exclusion in the workplace. She believes that everyone has the right to be treated with Dignity, Value and Respect in our ever changing workplace.
