Biography

Helen Upson LLB (Hons.) is a pragmatic Employment Law specialist with over 7 years’ experience as a solicitor.

Helen now works as an Employment Law Consultant and Workplace Mediator. She has a proven track record and wide range of experience from dealing with day to day employment matters through to tribunal advocacy on complex legal disputes. Within the claim culture that we all now live it is essential that all your employment documentation and procedures are up to date and acted upon and this is an area within which Helen specialises.

Helen is also an accredited mediator and puts these skills to use in resolving a variety of workplace disputes without the client needing to resort to costly litigation or wasting precious man hours. She is enthusiastic and knowledgeable but also creative and loves wrapping her clients up in cotton wool and really looking after them. 

Dedicated to getting people back on the right track Helen is a respected member of the profession and builds excellent rapport with her clients whether working on a legal issues, mediation or in providing counselling or coaching.
